Winners of 1st Stage of Al-Mustafa Quran Festival Announced
According to the secretariat of the festival, the first stage was held at the university’s branches and representative offices in Iran and a number of other countries.
Winners of the first stage, in the oral section of the competition, have made it to the final round.
In each category, namely recitation, memorization and Tarteel recitation of the contest, one contender from each participating country has been selected to compete in the finals.
The festival is annually held for by Al-Mustafa International University for its students.
The university is an Islamic higher education center based in Qom with many branches abroad.
Its main objective is to train experts who will play influential role in religious and cultural fields and disseminate the teachings of Quran and Ahl-ul-Bayt (AS).
