Photo Exhibition in Tehran Features Arbaeen March
TEHRAN (IQNA) – A photo exhibition has been mounted in the Iranian capital with 300 photos featuring the annual Arbaeen march.
Iranian photographer Mojtaba Heidari has taken the photos during the annual ritual in the years 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016.
Every night during the exhibition, an Iraqi group also performs Taziyeh- a kind of passion play telling the story of the martyrdom of Imam Hussein (AS) and his companions in the 680 AD Battle of Karbala.
