Palestinian Resistance United against Zionist Plots: Hamas, Islamic Jihad
TEHRAN (IQNA) – Senior officials of the Palestinian resistance movements Hamas and Islamic Jihad underlined the unity of the resistance forces and the Palestinian nation in the face of Zionist plots.
A delegation from Islamic Jihad went to see Hamas officials on Tuesday to congratulate them on the election of the new members of Hamas Political Bureau.
In a joint statement released afterward, they said they discussed development of ties in all areas between the two groups.
They also stressed the need for supporting resistance and developing preparedness to counter challenges.
The statement also praised the steadfastness of the guardians and officials of Al-Aqsa Mosque and the people of Jerusalem al-Quds in defending the holy place against the Zionist regime’s schemes.
