Special Programs at Abdul Azim Hassani (AS) Shrine Mark Karamat Celebrations
TEHRAN (IQNA) – The Astan of Hazrat Abdul Azim Hassani is holding programs to mark the ten-day Karamat celebrations.
The programs, which started on Saturday, include eulogy recitations and speeches by senior clerics.
They are held without the participation of people due to the coronavirus pandemic, and can be watched live on the IRIB Quran TV.
The Karamat celebrations mark the ten days between the birth anniversaries of Hazrat Masoumeh (SA) and Imam Reza (AS), the daughter and son of the 7th Shia Imam.
Celebrations marking the festival were held in cities in Iran and other countries in different parts of the world last year.
However, most of the events planned for this year are expected to be held online due to the restrictions imposed to prevent the spread of the coronavirus.
